power trip!!!!

gud day sa lahat ng mga mountineers!!!! i've been climbing mt. banahaw for over 15 yrs.! and in each and every climb and met so many people from different walks of life....and in that every climb i always take special notice to the volunteers of the mountain...dont get me wrong but many of them (volunteers) annoys and sometimes irked climbers like me... but i dont show them my emotion because i climb every holy week (if you know what i mean)..

this year 2008 my group went there early maunday thursday at about 0800h.. as a force of habit we looked for the registration booth which has always been near the outpost in barangay kinabuhayan. after that we started our climb already... i noticed that the numbers of climbers went down dramatically. we reached 3 tangke at about 5 pm (it took that long because some of my members are girls and are always want to rest and eat) when we are about to set up tents the volunteers approached my group and ask who is the team leader (in an authorative manner!).. and i politely said i was the leader of the pack.. they showed me a piece of paper that states that Mt. Banahaw is under a moratorium for 5 yrs and nobody can climb it... i told them i already know it.... and the volunteers was a bit annoyed because i can talk to them face to face. unlike the other mountineers that are afraid maybe or shy.. because if you showed those volunteers that you are afraid they will instatly tell you to go down and camp at kinabuhayan...and then as we were conversing i saw a barbed wire fenced on the trail going to kapatagan.. i told them that part is prohibited not the 3 tangke in which we are in.... so they narraated so many unbelievable reasons not to stay there which i dont believe...at the end they let us camp there inlcuding 4 other groups....But what about the others who spent time going to the place, those who come from far away place who cannot explain/talk their way in the mountain... ?! and one more thing why the H---! they allowe us to register at kinabuhayan and let us climbed and upon reaching the 3 tangke they (volunteers) decide to stop us.. if it is not allowed to climb anywhere near the mountain.. tell it when the climbers are in kinabuhayan not in the top of the mountain....in tagalog parang nakakaloko mga yun!!! and one more thing the said volunteers said they do not allow climbers to climb then give out fillers at the start of the climb in kinabuhayan or use a mega phone to tell the eary trekkers that climbing is not allowed!!! they lack information drive!!!!!!!!!!
